A battery pack is ready to ship only after its checks are complete.
AMPXELL connects cell selection, BMS integration, pack assembly and factory validation to the same project specification. This Cell + BMS + Pack workflow lets us set the test plan around the actual pack configuration.
Before release, we check BMS function, module polarity and electrical response. The test software records items including open circuit voltage, AC internal resistance and discharge. Cell internal resistance and voltage data enter the MES workflow for later reference.
Aging is followed by an electrical recheck. When the application requires it, the validation plan can also include drop, crush and external short circuit tests. The scope follows the battery design, operating environment and applicable standard.
After inspection, we verify product identification and protective packaging, then link product and shipment information by scan.
